Timber Flooring

Timber Flooring

Most people ten years ago would not have thought that they could afford hardwood flooring but with the introduction of laminate or engineered hardwood flooring, it is now possible.

I can supply and fit a variety of laminate and realwood flooring.

Laminate is a hard wearing flooring comprising of a thin but tough layer of plastic based coating on a high density fibreboard core. This flooring is available in a huge variety of colours, textures and wood & tile effects.

Realwood is a softer, warmer flooring. This is available in solid form or engineered. Engineered means that it consists of a 4-6mm veneer of solid timber based on a substrate of plywood or blockboard.

Suppliers that I use include Floors 2 Go and B&Q.
